Cote d’Ivoire, from a car

Africa, street photography

Ok, so this first image was in Ghana, but it was from inside the bus that I went to the Cote d’Ivoire border in.

It’s been ages since I’ve done a post, and I was slightly lost as to what to do it on. I’ve been in Cote d’Ivoire more than two weeks now and after a (VERY) slow start, spent a few days photographing Buruli Ulcer. Despite the rather rigid first week, I did seem to travel a lot in a cars. Mainly one car in fact, actually a van. A Peugeot van. And there’s been a Toyota and several taxis involved along the way too… but “a Peugeot van, Toyota and several taxis” didn’t rhyme with Cote d’Ivoire. Most of these photos are in and around Abidjan.
